The Veterans named here were all members of Special Force #136, British Intelligence Branch in various capacities. They are presently members of the Canadian Chinese Veterans Association in Victoria, BC.

They are remembered for their contribution by LCdr Kit Wong.

Frank Lee [Right] served with Special Force #136, British Intelligence Branch. Feb to Nov 1945 in India.

He received several medals

Victor Eric Wong [Left] served with Special Force #136, British Intelligence Branch, Feb to Dec 45 in India & Burma. He received several medals including Canadian Volunteer Service Medal & Burma Star.





Paul Chan [R] served with Special Force #136, British Intelligence Branch, Feb to Dec 1945 in India & Ceylon. He received serveral medals including Canadian Volunteer Services Medal with clasp & Burma Star.

Harry Fong [L] served with Special Force #136, Feb to Dec 1945 in South East Asia. He received several medals including Canadian Volunteer Service Medal & Burma Star.




Gordon J.K. Quan served with Special Force #136, British Intelligence Branch, Feb to Dec 1945 in India & Burma.

He served for 35 years as Regimental Sgt Maj.[RSM] He received several medals including the Order of Military Merit [OMM] & the Canadian Forces Decoration [CD] with two bars.
