The visit of HMCS Vancouver on the 26 of October 02 from the Vancouver Chinese community was arranged by Rear Admiral JD Fraser & Mr. David Choi.
A pre-sail welcome & brief was held at the CN IMAX Canada Place. Rear-Admiral Fraser & Commander Bill Riggs, Commanding Officer of HMCS Vancouver welcomed guests & provided a brief on Maritime Forces Pacific & an overview of the day's schedule. It was then followed by a safety brief.
